My Dad sailed with State Marine Lines in 1969 and 1970, aboard the SS Gopher State and the SS Sooner State. He also sailed on the SS Magnolia State in 1953. I’ve included a photo of him from 1954. There may have been other sails with State Marine Lines that I do not have record of.
